Getting your order to you

How we process, ship, and track every Tree Lotion order, and what to do if something does not go to plan.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Our products are prepared and shipped through our trusted US-based fulfillment partner. During new launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order enters fulfillment it can no longer be changed or canceled. If you need to update an order, contact us as soon as possible after checkout.

Shipping times

After processing, domestic orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the selected carrier. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is provided by the carrier and is not guaranteed.

Total delivery time is the sum of processing time plus transit time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking information

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active after you receive the notification.

If you created an account, you can also view order and tracking status from your account dashboard.

Domestic shipping

We ship throughout the United States, including most PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

  • Complimentary carbon-neutral shipping on orders over $75.
  • A flat, transparent shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout for orders under the free-shipping threshold.
  • We are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, so please double-check your address at checkout.

International shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only. We are actively working to expand international shipping. When it launches, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country.

Delivery delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, high-volume periods, or incorrect address details — can delay a delivery. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, reach out and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors and look for a carrier notice first. Many packages marked delivered arrive within a day or two.

If your package still cannot be found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Resolution options may depend on the carrier’s investigation.
