Our products are made to order and shipped through our fulfillment partner. Here is how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect items, cancellations, and refunds for our wellness products.

Every Tree Lotion order is made to order and shipped through our fulfillment partner. Because our catalog consists of supplements, wellness, and personal-care products, we follow strict health and safety standards that shape how returns and refunds are handled. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

This policy applies to purchases made through our online store. It is designed to be fair to our customers while remaining consistent with the requirements of our payment and fulfillment providers and with applicable consumer protection laws.

Opened & used products

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements, wellness, and personal-care products cannot be returned or refunded. Once a seal is broken or a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for return.

This restriction protects the safety of all of our customers and reflects standard practice for consumable and personal-care goods. It does not affect your rights in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, which are covered below.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund after our team reviews the issue. We stand behind the quality of every order and want to make verified problems right.

  • Contact our support team within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number.
  • Include clear photos of the affected product, any damage, and the shipping packaging and label.
  • Describe the issue so our team can review and verify it with our fulfillment partner.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement of the affected item or a refund. Eligible replacements and refunds for confirmed fulfillment errors or shipping damage are provided at no additional cost to you.

Review & verification

All damage, defect, and incorrect-item claims are subject to review before a replacement or refund is approved. Clear photos and your order number help us verify each claim quickly with our fulfillment partner.

We may request additional information or images to complete the review. Refunds and replacements are issued only for verified fulfillment errors or products damaged during shipping.

Order cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders begin processing quickly. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled, changed, or redirected.

If you need to correct an address or order detail, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

How to submit a claim

  • Email treelotioninc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos of the product, any damage, and the shipping packaging and label.
  • Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps, typically within 2–3 business days.
  • Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been resolved, as we may need it to complete the review.

Refund processing times

Once a claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Approved replacements are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partner as quickly as possible.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after they are issued, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws provide remedies that exceed those described here, those laws will apply. This policy does not create any warranty beyond those required by law.
