Because we sell supplements, skincare, and personal-care products, opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund review.

We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet been sent to fulfillment, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified.
